Life is full of situations that cause stress and you’ve probably noticed that some people are able to manage certain situations while others feel overwhelmed in the same situation. Being over stressed or unable to manage stressful situations can reflect in bad work performance, bad personal relationships, a bad temper and health problems develop.
The first system that is affected when stress is unrelieved is the mind system. The person suffering with stress and anxiety can’t think straight, can’t see clearly and can’t reason effectively. They get things out of proportion and have problems with recall and concentration.
