Healing Meditation – Volume 2

The healing meditations consist of 2 Volumes:

Volume 1 - deals with energy blockages and clearing and balancing the chakras.

Volume 2 - deals with emotional and physical healing.

Following the meditations on both CD’s will ensure the best results

Emotional Healing

This is a very important meditation and you should do this meditation before you do the meditation for physical healing. The reason for this is that sometimes, emotional distress can manifest as a physical problem. This is more likely when emotions have been accumulated over a period of time.

Fears and the emotions that come with it, like depression and feelings of heaviness needs to be released. Emotional healing is just, if not more, important than physical healing. You need to restore your emotional balance before any healing is complete.

Physical Healing

You dwell in a body of light wherein thousands of movements are continually taking place and you can link up with any part of this body. When you consciously become aware of these movement you can direct or increase healing to any part of your body.

To determine where you will need healing the most you need to scan your body for any part that is in discomfort, in pain or tense.  This could be a place of injury, where you had an operation, hurt yourself or a disease.

When you focus on a specific part of your body and direct healing to it, it will respond. You can direct healing by visualising the blood transporting nutrients to the place of discomfort or your immune system going to that area to help with the healing.
